PuriTec guarantees your satisfaction for a full 60-days from the date you place your order. If something is not right, call us and we'll make it right! Should you need to return the product, we will issue a refund for the price you paid less any delivery charges incurred and any referral checks issued. Unused items returned due to a "change of heart" may also be returned. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. You must call us toll free at 1-888-491-4100 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any product or the shipment may be refused.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and must be in its original condition, exclusive of filters which may display normal use. This policy extends only to the original purchaser, and does not apply to commercial use, unreasonable use, or to damage to the product as a result of unintended use including water damage. All products must be returned insured as PuriTec is not responsible for damages incurred shipping. PuriTec disclaims all responsibility for consequential, incidental, or commercial losses caused by misuse of its products. Returns and subsequent refunds that fall under theses exceptions will be at the discretion of PuriTec.
Purchasers are advised that water quality conditions vary by area. Product performance may be affected by these variables, and for optimum performance purchasers should verify prior to ordering that local water quality falls within PuriTec's recommended specifications. Sales representatives base product recommendations on information provided by customers; if other conditions exist which were not disclosed, additional products may be required to insure optimum performance of system.
